1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Area 51 IPTV ("Area 51 IPTV," "we," "us" or "our"). They govern your use of our website at area51iptv.top, the Area 51 IPTV app, our free trial, our subscription plans and our customer support (together, the "Services").

By visiting our website, requesting a free trial, installing our app or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Be located in the United States. The Services are designed for, and offered to, customers in the United States.
• Provide accurate information when you request a trial, create an account or contact us.

If you allow minors in your household to watch content through your account, you are responsible for supervising their viewing. Many devices offer parental controls that we encourage you to use.

3. The Service

Area 51 IPTV provides access to live television channels, on-demand movies and series, and a TV guide, delivered over the internet to compatible devices. Please keep the following in mind:

• Lineups change. Channels, events and titles are added and removed over time. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, game or title will be available at any particular time.
• Your connection matters. Picture quality and reliability depend on your internet speed, home network and device. We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K streaming.
• Maintenance happens. We may occasionally need to interrupt the Services for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. We work to keep interruptions short.
• Connections are limited. Each plan allows a set number of devices to stream at the same time. Your connection limit is confirmed when you subscribe.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account username, password and connection details confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use within your own household.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us right away so we can secure it. We may reset your credentials if we detect unusual activity.

5. Free Trial

• The free trial gives you full access to the Services for 24 hours from activation.
• One free trial is available per person and household. We may decline duplicate or automated requests.
• No payment details are required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
• We may change, limit or end the free trial offer at any time. Changes will not affect a trial that is already active.

6. Plans and Payment

Current plans and prices are listed in the pricing section of our homepage. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include any fees we charge, unless stated otherwise.

• Payment in advance. Plans are paid in advance for the period you choose, such as one, three, six or twelve months.
• No automatic renewal. Plans do not renew automatically. Before your plan ends, we will remind you so you can renew if you wish.
• Price changes. We may change our prices for future periods. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any sales or similar taxes that apply to your purchase in your state.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We encourage you to use the free trial first so you can confirm the Services work well on your device and connection before you pay.

8. Acceptable Use

To keep the Services fair and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Share, sell, rent, sublicense or resell your account or access to the Services, unless you have a written reseller agreement with us.
• Record, copy, rebroadcast, retransmit or publicly display content from the Services, including in bars, restaurants or other commercial venues.
• Exceed the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with the Area 51 IPTV app or our systems, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Services, or interfere with their security or performance.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access as described in Section 13.

9. The Area 51 IPTV App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Area 51 IPTV app on devices you own or control, only to access the Services under these Terms.

• Download the app only from our official application page. Copies from other sources may be modified or unsafe, and we cannot support them.
• Because the app is installed as an APK file, your device may ask you to allow installation from our website. You are responsible for the settings you change on your device.
• We may release updates to improve the app or keep it secure. Some updates may be required to continue using the Services.

10. Intellectual Property

The Area 51 IPTV name, logo, website design, text, graphics and app are owned by Area 51 IPTV or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not use our name or logo without our prior written permission.

Television programs, movies, sports events, logos and other content made available through the Services belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in that content to you.

11. Copyright Complaints

We respect the rights of copyright owners and respond to notices of alleged infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@area51iptv.top with the subject line "Copyright Notice" that includes:

1. Your signatureA physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. The workA description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The materialA description of the material you believe is infringing and where it appears, with enough detail for us to find it.
4. Your contact details and statementsYour name, address, telephone number and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

We review every complete notice promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material. We may end the accounts of repeat infringers.

12. Third-Party Services and Devices

The Services work with devices, operating systems, internet providers and apps made by other companies, and our website links to services such as Telegram and YouTube. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their products, availability or policies. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Because plans do not renew automatically, simply choosing not to renew ends your subscription at the end of the period you paid for.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use creates a risk for us, other customers or the Services. Where the violation can reasonably be fixed, we will usually contact you first. Sections 10, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 19 continue to apply after your access ends.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR AVAILABLE ON EVERY DEVICE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR CHANNEL OR CONTENT WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AREA 51 IPTV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Area 51 IPTV and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

Talk to us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@area51iptv.top with a description of the issue, and we agree to work with you in good faith for at least 30 days to resolve it.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State] and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [State], and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or with a notice on our website before it takes effect. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

19. General Terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages, natural disasters or actions of third-party providers.
