2.3 Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account passwords, precise geolocation, biometric data, or health information. Please do not send us this kind of information.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information only for the following purposes:

  • To provide, activate and maintain your subscription and free trial.
  • To respond to your questions, requests and support messages.
  • To send service messages, such as trial details, renewal reminders and important notices about your account.
  • To protect the Services, including detecting and preventing spam, fraud, abuse and duplicate free trials.
  • To understand and improve how the website and app perform.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you through automated processing alone.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months.

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that host our website, deliver our email, process payments or provide customer support tools. They may use your information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
  • Messaging platforms. When you contact us through Telegram, your messages are also handled by Telegram under its own privacy policy.
  • Legal requirements. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of our customers, the public or Area 51 IPTV.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. The Area 51 IPTV App

The Area 51 IPTV app (distributed as an APK for Android, Fire OS and Google TV) is a media player. To create your free trial and connect your account, the app processes:

  • Your IP address and connection timestamps, to deliver streams and protect the Service against abuse.
  • Plan requests you submit inside the app.

The app does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. We do not track what individual channels or titles you watch for advertising purposes.

No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

15. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing for these signals to opt you out of on our website today. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, and we will honor it if our practices ever change. There is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, so our website does not respond to them differently.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice on our website before the changes take effect.
